چکیده
In this study, we consider a perishable inventory system that has an (s, Q) ordering policy, along with finite waiting hall. The single server, which provides item to the customer after completing required service performance for item, only begins serving N customers have arrived. Impatient demand is assumed in be served lose patience and leave if server’s idle time overextends or arriving find full will not enter system. This article analyzes impatient demands caused by N-policy server steadystate, obtain joint probability distribution of level number We analyze some measures get total expected cost rate steadystate. present beneficial function confer numerical illustration describes impact on system’s rate.

Perishable Inventory System at Service Facilities with Multiple Server Vacations and Impatient Customers
This article presents a perishable inventory system under continuous review at a service facility in which a waiting area for customers is of finite size M. We assume that the replenishment of inventory is instantaneous. The items of inventory have exponential life times. It is assumed that demand for the commodity is of unit size. The arrivals of customers to the service station form a Poisson...
متن کاملA Perishable Inventory System with Service Facilities and Negative Customers
We consider a continuous review perishable (s, S) inventory system with a service facility consisting of a waiting line of finite capacity and a single server. Two types of customers, ordinary and negative, arrive according to a Markovian Arrival Process (MAP). An ordinary customer joins the queue and a negative customer removes some ordinary customers from the queue. Unlike the conventional me...
متن کاملA Perishable Inventory System with Repeated Customers and Server Interruptions
In this article, we present a continuous review perishable inventory systemwith a service facility. The service facility consists of a single server and a finite waiting room. If the arriving primary customer finds the waiting hall is empty and the server is idle, he immediately joins the service. The demanded items are issued by a server after some random time due to service on it. We assume t...

This article considers a continuous review perishable (s,S) inventory system in which the demands arrive according to a Markovian arrival process (MAP). The lifetime of items in the stock and the lead time of reorder are assumed to be independently distributed as exponential. Demands that occur during the stock-out periods either enter a pool which has capacity N(<∞) or are lost. Any demand tha...
